A Lasting Power of Attorney can only be used if all parts of it have been correctly completed, signed and witnessed and the Lasting Power of Attorney has been registered with the Office of the Public Guardian.
Under our Fixed Fee Service we will:
- Prepare and complete the application form and Notices(s)
- Correspond with those being notified
- Submit application form
- Correspond with you and the Office of the Public Guardian
- Apply to Register the Lasting Power of Attorney
We will confirm that your matter is suitable for our Fixed Price Law service on receipt of your detailed instructions. If your matter does not fall within our Fixed Price Law service e.g. if the matter is complex or additional work is required, we will still be able to undertake the work for you under our hourly rate service.
